The development history of Rolex brand

"ROLEX" was founded in 1905 by German Hans Wilsdorf and British Davis in London, England with partnership, in 1908 it was registered the "ROLEX" trademark. And in the year of 1919 the chronology factory was transferred to Geneva, Switzerland. Under the cooperation of the two partners, "Rolex" twice won the accurate class A certificate issued by British observatory in 1914 and 1914, and it stayed ahead in the time accuracy for 15 years. Its research direction had two: waterproof and automatic. In 1926, the first one waterproof and dustproof watch finally came out, this is the famous "Oyster" watch. The economic crisis in 1929 hit the Swiss, but Rolex was not affected. It invented a kind of automatic winding mechanism during this period, and had created the famous "Perpetual watches”. The automatic watch has a pendulum Vedas, which had never been used before in the watches, and it brought a revolution to the watch industry, it is the pioneer of all automatic watches. In 1945, the Rolex produced the watch with a date, and can use 26 languages to show the date and week.
