Many people think that luxury watches is a man’s one. Actually, it is an inaccurate viewpoint because the first recorded wristwatch was was in fact designed for a woman. on June 8, 1810 , Abraham-Louis Breguet (1747-1823) made a watch for Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples. And Patek Philippe made a wristwatch for Countess Koscowicz of Hungary in 1869. It can be said that wristwatches were regarded as women’s items during this period even much longer time.
